have worked the last few years building out their distillery in beautiful Sonoma county, perfecting their recipes and dreaming of the day when their craft spirits can be enjoyed by people everywhere.
 
They make American Single Malt Whiskey, Botanical Gin, Vodka,
and a barrel aged gin .
They use the finest local ingredients and craft their spirits with the highest quality and care . 

 They strive to craft an American Single Malt that will stop you in your tracks and bring you to say "That's the best whiskey i've ever tasted!"

"too bold? maybe... but we think we've done it! 
The Briny Deep is the result of using grain locally grown and malted just down the road, sometimes arriving at the distillery still warm from the drying bins and tasting crispy and sweet . We double pot distill and make deep cuts so only our hearts go in the barrel and not the "hangover."
